Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure.

As a result of the ransomware incident The Dixie Group, Inc. (the "Company") reported on April 19, 2021, the Company presently intends to delay the filing of its first Quarter Report on Form 10-Q from May 10, 2021 to May 17, 2021.

The Company is taking measures to address the incident and restore its systems. The Company is taking and fulfilling orders and is working to restore full operations, however some service disruptions may occur.
